Accessing the Portal

Once your initial information has been submitted by your admission representative, a personal account will be created for you, and your login credentials—including your email address and password—will be provided.

After receiving your login credentials, simply sign in to begin your application process.

Application Status

The Application Status section allows you to monitor every stage of your admission process in real time. It provides a clear overview of your current application status and informs you of any required actions.

Your admission journey consists of the following steps:

1. Document Submission

Upload your personal information, academic records, and all required supporting documents.

2. Document Approval

Your documents will be reviewed by the admissions team. If additional information or corrections are required, you will be notified through the portal.

3. Apply

Once your documents have been approved, your application will be submitted to your selected university or universities.

4. Interview

Some universities or academic programs may require an online or in-person interview as part of the admission process.

5. Acceptance

After your application has been reviewed, the admission decision will be published in the portal.

6. Tuition

If your application is successful, tuition payment instructions and any required advance payment details will be provided at this stage.

7. SAORG

Your application will proceed through the required procedures with the Student Affairs Organization (SAORG) of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

8. Visa

Once all administrative requirements have been completed, the student visa process will begin.

9. Flight – Final

The final stage includes travel arrangements, arrival in Iran, and completion of the admission process before you begin your studies.
